📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we politely request at least 48 hours' notice. ● Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost. ● Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a No-Show. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows will be restricted from booking with me again. ⏰ Late Arrivals & Tardiness To ensure we have ample time to deliver the detailed, high-quality results you expect, please arrive on time. ● We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. ● If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to alter your service (e.g., skipping nail art or complex designs) to finish on time, but you will still be charged for the originally booked services. ● If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and rescheduled, which will result in a late cancellation fee. 💳 Deposits & Booking A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure longer appointment slots. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, the deposit will be kept, and a new one will be required to rebook.
